Measuring Your PD

We make it easy to measure your Pupillary Distance (PD). Just find yourself a mirror, or a friend, and follow these simple steps.

Measuring

Stand up straight about 8-10 inches away from either a mirror or your friend.

Measuring

If it's just you, hold the ruler above your eyes, along your brow. If you have a friend, they could do it for you.

Measuring

Using the mirror, line up the ruler's 0mm mark with the center of your left pupil. (This is easiest if you close your right eye.) If you have a friend helping you, have them line up the ruler with your right pupil (and close your left eye).

Measuring

Now open your eye! You, or your friend, can now note the distance in mm to the center of your right or left pupil.
